Terms of Service

By using Templi you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first create an account or otherwise access the Templi platform.

Templi is provided as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you gain access to the features and functionalities of the platform for the duration of your paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly (or annually if selected). Access to Templi continues as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

The licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available after this period, or for renewal payments.

It is not warranted that Templi will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Templi does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or reliability of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Templi shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. In the event that Templi is found liable for damages, its total liability shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid for your subscription during the last 12 months.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or distribute through Templi. The service is provided as a tool; any legal, compliance, or business consequences of the documents you produce are your responsibility.

All software, templates, and features provided within Templi remain the intellectual property of the licensor. You may use them only within the scope of your subscription and for your own business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate Templi’s code, templates, or services without explicit written permission.

Templi is continuously improved. Updates, security patches, and new features will be released regularly. We may also introduce support for additional file formats in the future.

As we continue to expand and improve Templi, subscription prices may change. Any price adjustments will be communicated in advance. Existing customers will be notified and given the option to continue or cancel their subscription.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Templi as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Templi.
